Charleston Today wrote in June of 2012 : “What a finale this was for the Young Artists Series! What a testament to the talent of these pianists whose standing ovations say it all. Excellent programming and wonderful playing have always been hallmarks of Enrique Graf’s College of Charleston pianists showcase.
Graf performed at Teatro Solis in Montevideo as part of the “Great Uruguayan Musicians” series in October 2012. On the program were works by Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Gershwin and Tosar. El Pais called him “A Master of the piano”. Read the review here.
On January 29, 2013, Graf performed a sold-out benefit recital at the Hilton Head Country Club for the Hilton Head International Piano Competition. After music by Beethoven, Chopin and Tosar the audience had different dinner courses and wines from the countries where the composers came from. Afterwards, Graf spoke and answered questions on what it is like to judge competitions such as this one. It was a huge success.
Another great review in Pennsylvania: on April 15, 2013 the Butler Eagle said “Virtuoso Enrique Graf was the undeniable star of the evening. His appearance with the Butler Symphony was the ideal capstone to the season. Graf’s elegant interpretation of Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 4 was enchanting. Graf and conductor Matthew Kraemer visually consulted each other to blend the solo instrument with the orchestra in excellent balance. The result was a completely satisfying finale to the evening’s musical tour the force and received a well deserved standing ovation.”

A Remarkable Rendering of the Concerto in F
Graf´s phrasing had an untransferable swing which is not written in the score. He displayed beautiful sound, drive and spirit in perfect communication with conductor and orchestra. What happened last night at the Solis Theatre was an event that I can only compare to a performance by Ralph Votapek and Howard Mitchell over 40 years ago.

The Philharmonic in Laudable Concert
The highlight of the evening was without a doubt the appearance of Enrique Graf in Gershwin´s Concerto in F. He posesses an enormous ability to communicate to the audience, great magnetism and charisma, absolute control of the instrument and strength. The interpretation was brilliant from beginning to end. The orchestra played with full awareness that they were in front of one of the best uruguayan pianists of all times.
EL PAIS, 7/6/2013
Enrique Graf once again showed his brilliant technique and clear and beautiful sound in an intimate and personal version of the Concerto in F. The audience responded with a long and warm ovation.
Graf’s new CD, DVD and BluRay has been released on Cougar Classics. It is a live performance of a recital at Teatro Solis in Montevideo last October with works by Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Rachmaninoff and others. Enrique also performs the two piano version of Ravel’s La Valse with distinguished israeli pianist Ilana Vered in her new album, also on Cougar Classics.
